Lynch: I 'didn't f---' with Carroll, Wilson was just my QB

Marshawn Lynch won a Super Bowl with Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson as a member of the Seattle Seahawks, but he admits he didn't have much of a relationship with the pair off the field.

Lynch offered a blunt response when asked to weigh in on the issues between his former head coach and quarterback on a recent episode of the "Club Shay Shay" podcast with Shannon Sharpe.

"I wouldn't be the right person to speak on their relationship because I didn't f--- with them. ... I didn't fuck with Pete, and then, I mean, Russ was just a quarterback for me," Lynch said.

Lynch went on to explain that while some may view him as a "hater" due to the goal-line interception in Super Bowl XLIX that cost the Seahawks another championship, he respects Wilson as a player and teammate.

"Anything that I say because of the situation - throwing the pick on the goal line; not giving me the ball; this, that, and the third ... anything that I say is gonna come off as malice or as if I'm a hater," the former running back said. "Because you know what? I'll take Russell, and I'll put him right there at quarterback, and I'll rock with him, because I have done that. But as far as anything else ... no, there's no - you can't pick up the phone and call ol' boy or nothing."

Lynch and Wilson were teammates in Seattle from 2012-2015 and again in 2019 during Lynch's final NFL season.
