Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins will miss Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals due to a rib injury, a source told Dianna Rissini of The Athletic.
Higgins was listed as questionable after being a limited participant in Friday's practice.
The wideout's absence in the Week 5 matchup is a significant blow to a Bengals team that's trying to avoid a 1-4 start and get its groove back on offense.
Higgins has had a slow start to the campaign, catching just 12 passes for 129 yards and two touchdowns. The 24-year-old is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.
With Higgins sidelined, the Bengals will likely rely more heavily on its top remaining receivers, Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd.
