Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby is listed as doubtful ahead of Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The two-time Pro Bowl defender didn't participate in any of the team's practice sessions this week as he continues to deal with a knee injury.

Crosby is tied with Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Lavonte David for second in the NFL with 14 tackles for loss. He also has the sixth-most sacks in the league through 11 games.

Interim head coach Antonio Pierce was optimistic that Crosby could be available against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

"We'll see how Maxx is today," Pierce said prior to practice Friday, according to team reporter Rachel Gossen. "Getting treatment around the clock, you know how it goes. A guy that plays every snap, you've got to take care of him."

Crosby is third on the team with 65 tackles and has also two passes defended.
