Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell suffered a fractured fibula in Sunday's 22-17 victory over the Denver Broncos, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The injury will send Dell to injured reserve, Rapoport adds.
Dell saw his leg rolled on after running back Dameon Pierce scored a goal-line touchdown.
The 24-year-old rookie has emerged as one of Houston's best pass catchers this season, hauling in 709 yards and seven touchdowns on 47 receptions. He leads the team in touchdowns and ranks second in yardage and catches behind Nico Collins.
With Dell out, Nico Collins enjoyed a career day with 191 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Receivers Noah Brown, Robert Woods, and John Metchie are in line to see more snaps moving forward.
