NFC Cut Day: Cowboys trade pick to Chiefs for LB Edgar Jones
The Dallas Cowboys didn't wait long to use the roster spot opened up by placing Nate Livings on the IR.
Along with today's moves, the team has also traded LB Edgar Jones to the Cowboys for an undisclosed draft pick.

Jones was undrafted in 2007 and was picked up by the Baltimore Ravens as a special teams player. The Chiefs signed him in 2012, when he had seven special teams tackles and recovered two fumbles, including one he returned for a touchdown.
The move also opens up a roster spot for the Chiefs, who could make a claim on one of the hundreds of players cut on Saturday or try and re-acquire one of the players they released.
