Packers' Watson ruled out vs. Giants due to hamstring injury
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson was ruled out of the team's Week 14 contest against the New York Giants, the team announced Saturday.
Watson exited late in the fourth quarter of last week's 27-19 win over the Kansas City Chiefs with a hamstring injury and didn't practice all week. He missed the team's first three games of the season with the same ailment. The 24-year-old has been on a tear lately, hauling in three touchdowns while totaling 180 yards in his last two games.
Quay Walker (shoulder) is listed as doubtful, while Jaire Alexander (shoulder), Aaron Jones (knee), and Darnell Savage (chest) are listed as questionable.
Green Bay has Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, and Malik Heath remaining on the wide receiver depth chart.
Watson has 422 receiving yards and six total touchdowns in nine games this season.
