Colts' McKenzie, Brown suspended 3 games for conduct detrimental to team
The Indianapolis Colts suspended wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie and cornerback Tony Brown three games for conduct detrimental to the team, the team announced Tuesday.
No additional details were released about the suspensions.
McKenzie and Brown were inactive for the Colts' win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 15.
Both players have spent the season primarily as special teams contributors.
McKenzie has tallied 11 receptions for 82 yards in 13 games. The 28-year-old signed a one-year contract with the Colts. He was released by the Buffalo Bills in March after nearly five seasons.
Brown has recorded 10 tackles and one interception. The Alabama product has spent the past two seasons in Indianapolis following stints with the Cincinnati Bengals and Green Bay Packers.
