Former Tennessee Titans coach Mike Vrabel interviewed with the Los Angeles Chargers about their head coaching job on Thursday, the club announced.

It's Vrabel's first interview after spending six seasons with the Titans.

The Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks are also interested in speaking with Vrabel, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The 48-year-old Vrabel accumulated a 54-45 mark during his tenure in Tennessee. He led the Titans to three straight postseason appearances from 2019-21 and was named Coach of the Year by the Associated Press in 2021.

However, after producing winning campaigns in his first four years with the team, the AFC South club recorded back-to-back sub-.500 finishes, culminating with a 6-11 mark in 2023.

Vrabel joins a growing list of candidates linked to the Chargers' opening. Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh, Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan, and San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks are among those who have interviewed for the role.

L.A. dismissed Brandon Staley and general manager Tom Telesco on Dec. 15 after the club dropped to 5-9 with a lopsided 63-21 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chargers compiled a 24-24 record with Staley on the sideline.
