Falcons WR White still injured; used as decoy vs. Saints

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White had some confessions to make after the team's 23-17 loss to the New Orleans Saints.

“They wanted me in certain areas to do certain things so that they (Saints) couldn’t just bracket guys,” White told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

White was a game-time decision with a high ankle sprain and was essentially used as a decoy to free up other players.

“It’s hard to cut,” White said. “It’s hard to do just about everything at the position.”

The Falcons host the St. Louis Rams in Week 2.
