New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers exited the team's Thursday night loss to the Dallas Cowboys due to a concussion suffered late in the fourth quarter.

The injury occurred on a failed fourth-down attempt where Nabers couldn't haul in a pass from quarterback Daniel Jones.

The 21-year-old remained down on the field for a few minutes before being helped up by trainers. He was escorted to the locker room shortly after and didn't return.

Head coach Brian Daboll didn't have an update on the LSU product after the game.

"I'm going to see him right after this. I was going to stop in. He's meeting with the doctors. ... I'll see him right after," Daboll said, according to Garrett Stepien of SNYTV.

Nabers was having a terrific game, as he hauled in 12 receptions on 15 targets for 115 yards. He became the third rookie wideout since 1970 to have 10-plus catches and 100-plus receiving yards in a prime-time contest, joining Odell Beckham Jr. and Jerry Rice.

The sixth overall pick in the 2024 draft already has 52 targets through four contests. His 37 targets entering Thursday night were five more than any wide receiver in the NFL heading into Week 4.

"You're not going to be able to throw the ball to five guys 10 times a game ... that's what you try and do is get your best guys involved and then supplement them with the others guys in the pass game," Daboll told reporters after the contest when asked if he's okay with Nabers' heavy workload.

Jones finished the game with 29 completions on 40 attempts for 281 yards and one interception. New York's offense didn't score a touchdown, kicking five field goals on eight drives with one punt, one turnover on downs, and a kneel-down before the end of the first half.

The 1-3 Giants will face off against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 5.
