Travis Kelce became the Kansas City Chiefs' all-time leader for career receptions, entering the team record books in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Kelce entered Week 4 with 915 career catches, the second-most in team history behind Hall of Fame tight end Tony Gonzalez (916). Kelce passed Gonzalez with a five-yard catch from Patrick Mahomes.

The 34-year-old tight end - who's had a quiet start to the 2024 campaign - also caught a 38-yard pass early against the Chargers for his longest reception this season. He entered the matchup against Los Angeles with eight catches for 69 yards in 2024.

A nine-time Pro Bowler, Kelce's been a cornerstone of the Chiefs' dynasty that has won three Super Bowls in the Mahomes and Andy Reid era.

Kelce owns several NFL records, including the most single-season receiving yards by a tight end (1,416) and most campaigns with at least 1,000 yards at his position (seven). He's also recorded 165 postseason grabs, the most in NFL playoff history.

Kelce is the Chiefs' all-time leader in career receiving yards and is two scoring receptions shy of Gonzalez's team-record 76.
