Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson said his mom was upset with him for leaving plays on the field in Sunday's loss against the Philadelphia Eagles.

"My momma just told me that. She just cussed me out," Jackson said when asked if he missed opportunities to gain yards with his legs in the contest, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.

He added, "She said with lanes I shoulda took and ran, but you know I'm just trying to let guys develop routes. We had developing routes. I was just trying to go through my progressions. But yeah, she's right. I'm gonna do my shit."

Jackson finished the game with eight carries for 79 yards. However, 39 yards came on the final drive when the game was out of reach. He averaged only five yards a carry before the final series, more than one yard lower than his season average of 6.1.

Baltimore's offense scored nine points on its first two drives but struggled to move the ball the rest of the way. Of the 30 teams who've played in Week 13, the Ravens' offense ranks 17th in EPA/play. Baltimore's offense led the league in EPA/play entering Sunday.

Jackson finished the contest completing 23 of 26 passes for 237 yards with two touchdowns. His 41.6 quarterback rating was tied for his lowest mark in a game this season.

"We gon' get after it, I ain't gonna lie to you," Jackson added. "We gon' get after it. I can't wait for this (bye week) to get on. We've got the (New York) Giants coming up ... I'm just ready to go, man."

The Ravens fell to 8-5 with the loss and are now 1.5 games back of the AFC North-leading Pittsburgh Steelers.
