Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce has yet to make a decision about playing in 2025, sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Kelce's decision may come down to whether or not his Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, Rapoport reports.

The future Hall of Famer seemed ready to keep going earlier this week when he said Thursday that he's "got a full heart of football left." However, if the Chiefs become the first team to win three straight Super Bowls, walking away on top would reportedly become an option.

"We'll see what happens. I know I've been setting myself up for other opportunities in my life," Kelce said in a media day interview when asked about where he'd be in three years, according to Rapoport. "That's always been the goal, knowing that football only lasts for so long."

Kelce is reportedly expected to take some time before making a final decision following Sunday's game, regardless of the final score.

The 10-time Pro Bowler is regarded as one of the best tight ends in NFL history. He appeared in 16 regular-season games this past year but totaled a career-low 823 yards on 97 receptions with only three touchdowns. Kelce has recorded nine receptions in this postseason, with one score.
