Cam Ward may have the opportunity to continue wearing No. 1 if the Tennessee Titans draft him.

Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Moon, whose No. 1 jersey was retired by the Titans in 2006, told reporter Paul Kuharsky that he'd consider letting Ward wear the number if the Miami quarterback approaches him about it.

"I'm thinking about it," Moon said, adding that he needs time to reflect before committing to anything.

Moon is one of eight players whose jersey numbers were retired by the Titans. He's the franchise's all-time leader in passing yards (33,685) and touchdowns (196).

Ward expressed a desire to keep No. 1 in a recent interview with TikToker Brayden Zaroff but knows it isn't a guarantee.

"We'll see when I am in the league," Ward said. "It just depends on what team I go to, what number they got. So we're hoping to stay with (No.) 1. If not, I'll just switch."

Ward is widely projected to be selected first overall and land with the Titans in the 2025 NFL Draft, which gets underway Thursday in Green Bay.
