Star pass-rusher Maxx Crosby wants to remain with the Las Vegas Raiders, and the team has no plans to trade him before the Nov. 10 deadline, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Las Vegas hasn't held any trade talks with other teams about Crosby. Even if teams start calling the Raiders about acquiring Crosby, that won't change the Raiders' stance on keeping him, Schefter adds.

"Maxx absolutely does not want to leave Las Vegas under any circumstances," a source told ESPN this weekend. "His hope, though not in his full control, is that he remains a Raider for life."

The Baltimore Ravens and the Raiders had a deal in place in March that would've sent Crosby to Baltimore for two first-round picks. However, the trade was nullified after the edge rusher failed his physical due to concerns about his knee.

Crosby has recorded 18 tackles, two sacks, and one forced fumble this season while playing 87.5% of Las Vegas' defensive snaps. His 37 pressures are also the fourth-most across the league, according to TruMedia.

The Raiders also want Kirk Cousins to remain the starting quarterback for the foreseeable future, Schefter adds. Despite Cousins' recent struggles on the heels of a 3-0 start, they want to keep No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza on the bench with a tough stretch of defenses coming up on the schedule.

The Raiders have lost four straight games and will face off against the New York Jets on Sunday.
