The New York Jets placed wide receiver Garrett Wilson in concussion protocol, head coach Aaron Glenn announced Wednesday.
Glenn told reporters that the 26-year-old is considered day-to-day.
The Jets will face the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.
Wilson caught six passes for 83 yards in New York's 38-33 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8.
The loss of Wilson would be significant for a Jets team that sits third in the AFC East with a 2-6 record. Wilson has accounted for 27% of the Jets' targets this season, amassing 527 yards on 43 receptions while scoring three touchdowns.
Glenn also said Wednesday that Breece Hall is trending in the "right direction" after the running back missed the last five games due to a quad injury.
