Angerer (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Kevin Bowen of the Colts' official site reports.
Analysis:
The team has yet to disclose the nature of Angerer's ailment, but he clearly wasn't a healthy scratch last weekend, despite not being listed on the injury report. While Angerer did suffer a neck/shoulder injury back on Dec. 1, he was able to give it a go the next week. Running back Shaun Draughn was signed to take Angerer's place on the active roster.
