Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Randall Cobb both returned from injury Sunday against the Chicago Bears, and they played vital roles on the biggest play of their season.

On 4th-and-8 with just 45 seconds remaining, Rodgers shook free from a diving defender and found a wide open Cobb for a 48-yard touchdown.

The Bears failed to score on their final possession, giving the Packers the win and a playoff berth.
