Houston Texans running back Arian Foster is being aggressively pursued by the paparazzi and reporters following news he's being sued by an alleged mistress.

Foster had a meltdown on a Houston reporter Tuesday, stating his legal woes "are tearing" him up.

A Houston woman claims to be pregnant with Foster's baby following an affair at training camp last summer.

Brittany Norwood says Foster is pressuring her to abort the baby and her attorney has filed a temporary restraining order against Arian, who is already married with children.

Norwood and her attorney are asking the court to force Foster to submit to DNA tests to prove he's the father.
