Erin Andrews on Richard Sherman interview: 'He lost his mind and it was awesome'

Fox Sports' Erin Andrews was a guest on "The Dan Patrick Show" Monday, and she spoke about her polarizing interview with Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman immediately following the conclusion of the NFC Championship Game.

Andrews praised Sherman for being honest rather than spouting cliches, and she said no one should be surprised he was so open because she grabbed him for the interview just seconds after what she called "a career-defining moment."

"He lost his mind and it was awesome," Andrews said.
