'The Simpsons' predicted Broncos-Seahawks Super Bowl in 2005
The Simpsons would like to remind us all that more than eight years ago, they predicted the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks would meet in the Super Bowl.
In the episode "Bonfire of the Manatees," which first aired on Sept. 11, 2005, the Broncos defeated the Seahawks by a final score of 19-14 to win the Super Bowl. The show was half-right; the Seahawks did make it to the following Super Bowl, but they ended up facing – and losing to – the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Also worth noting: Homer Simpson owns the Broncos.
