The Cincinnati Bengals went with power over speed by selecting LSU running back Jeremy Hill.

Hill's punishing style of play should fit well in the rough and tumble AFC North.

Hill ran for more than 1,400 yards in 2013 with the Tigers, to go along with 16 touchdowns. His bruising style can wear defenders down and allow Hill to take over in the fourth quarter.

The Bengals will certainly have options when it comes to using Hill. He has the capability to be a full-time starter as well as being used in goal line or short yardage situations. Hill's 28 total scores in two years at LSU proves he has a nose for the end zone, and his ability to break tackles gives him the means to get there. He does lack elite pass catching ability however, having recroded just 26 receptions during his tenure as a Tiger.

If Hill can stay healthy he should make the Cincinnati offense difficult to play against and give opposing linebackers plenty of bumps and bruises along the way.
