Cardinals 1st-rounder Deone Bucannon sidelined with turf toe

The Arizona Cardinals will have to wait a little longer to get first-round draft pick Deone Bucannon fully integrated with the team's defense. 

Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports Bucannon has been forced to watch recent OTAs practices from the sidelines as he battles turf toe. Per Somers, Bucannon "wasn't moving well" this past week.

There's no indication the injury will force Bucannon to miss training camp time, but turf toe can linger for weeks and even months if it doesn't heal properly. The Cardinals are surely playing it very safe with the No. 27 overall pick.
