The Rams were the only team in the NFL that had yet to sign a draft pick, but as Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com notes, this is not uncommon practice for St. Louis.
Last year, the Rams waited until June 13 to announce the signings of all seven of their draft picks. In 2012, the team reached a deal with first-round pick Michael Brockers on June 7, but took until late July to sign the entire draft class.
According to Aaron Wilson of National Football Post, contracts for first-round picks Greg Robinson (No. 2 overall) and Aaron Donald (No. 13 overall) include no offset language.
