Report: Raiders owner Mark Davis has 'intensified' desire to move to Los Angeles

San Antonio isn't the only city getting a serious look from Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis.
According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Davis has been spending "oodles" of time in Los Angeles as of late and has "intensified" his desire to move his franchise to the city.
It's widely assumed the NFL will return to L.A. in the coming years, but the league must overcome several obstacles before pulling the trigger.
La Canfora reporters that the NFL would prefer to give another ownership group the rights to L.A. over Davis, as he lacks the real estate, marketing or overall business expertise for that particular market.
The Raiders are on the hunt for a new home as their lease with Oakland and Alameda County expires after this season.
