Jimmy Graham may have vowed to stop doing his goalpost dunk touchdown celebration after the New Orleans Saints tight end was flagged for it twice in a preseason game against the Tennessee Titans on Aug. 15, but the NFL isn't letting him off the hook that easily.

At $15,000 per dunk, the league appears to be saying the celebration is slightly worse than Johnny Manziel's middle-finger salute towards the Washington Redskins.
