Richie Incognito's quest to return to the NFL reportedly took a gigantic step on Monday.

Incognito, who was at the center of the Miami Dolphins/Jonathan Martin bullying scandal in 2013, visited with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday in hopes of re-igniting his stalled NFL career.
It looks as though Incognito's chances of landing with the Bucs are relatively strong considering the team's need for competition on the offensive line, and head coach Lovie Smith's belief in second chances.
Should Tampa pass on the 31-year-old guard, his full clearance may cause an array of teams to vie for his services.
Three teams expressed interest in Incognito in recent weeks (aside from the Bucs), but his lack of clearance kept offers from materializing.
