Brazill spent two seasons with the Colts, amassing 23 receptions, 347 yards and three touchdowns before being suspended this summer for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, and subsequently cut.
He will start on Toronto's practice squad, but could get a chance to make an impact this season. The Argonauts' receiving corps has been decimated by injury since Dontrelle Inman bolted to the San Diego Chargers.
