Former Olympic sprinter Jeff Demps was cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday after spending 2013 as part of the team's running back depth.

Demps represented the United States at the 2012 Olympics in London, replacing Mike Rodgers on the 4x100 meter relay team and winning a silver medal. He has one carry and three receptions in one NFL season.
