Report: Chiefs cut former starting kicker Succop; Santos wins job

The Kansas City Chiefs will have a new starting kicker this season:

Both kickers were 3-for-3 on field goal attempts in the preseason and both were strong on kickoffs. Santos is the cheaper player, so perhaps that's what sealed the deal in his favor.
