7:30 p.m. ET - That's it for the afternoon games. Enjoy the Sunday nighter!
7:25 p.m. ET - The best part of Dez Bryant's day is that he made it through a vicious hit to the back and an apparent bout of dehydration relatively unscathed. Better days than his 4-for-55 performance are ahead of him.
7:21 p.m. ET - Tony Romo salvages something for his owners with a late touchdown pass to Terrance Williams. His three interceptions hurt, though.
7:16 p.m. ET - Owners hoping Jonathan Stewart would finally seize control of the Panthers' backfield didn't get what they wanted. DeAngelo Williams led the team with 14 carries for 72 yards. Stewart had nine for 20.
7:15 p.m. ET - It's a bittersweet day for Doug Martin owners. They have to be relieved that the tailback returned to the game after leaving with an apparent injury, but his stat line of nine carries for nine yards is tough to swallow.
7:04 p.m. ET - 49ers rookie Carlos Hyde is having himself a nice debut. He's up to 43 yards and a touchdown on five carries. If Frank Gore ever gets hurt, opening the door for Hyde, look out.
7:01 p.m. ET - Bucs rookie Mike Evans makes a ridiculous catch, but it doesn't count because he stepped out of bounds. Bobby Rainey scores on the next play.
6:52 p.m. ET - Andre Caldwell, not Cody Latimer, will start at wide receiver for the Broncos in place of the suspended Wes Welker. The rookie Latimer could end up with more targets than Caldwell, but he's too risky for owners to start tonight.
6:45 p.m. ET - Josh McCown and Chris Owusu connect for a touchdown that helped roughly zero fantasy owners.
6:36 p.m. ET - Dez Bryant is reportedly suffering from dehydration and is expected to return to the game. Phew.
6:32 p.m. ET - Doug Martin is back in the game for the Buccaneers.
6:31 p.m. ET - Trainers are checking out Dez Bryant's arm. He's headed to the locker room.
6:24 p.m. ET - Kelvin Benjamin catches his first NFL touchdown on a 26-yard pass from Derek Anderson. Anderson is producing strong numbers for Cam Newton owners who were forced to use him as an emergency starter.
6:03 p.m. ET - Doug Martin heads to the locker room to have his knee checked out. Uh oh.
5:37 p.m. ET - Tony Romo throws another interception. It's his third of the half. Write your own Romo joke.
5:34 p.m. ET - Doug Martin carried the ball five times for just three yards in the first half. The Panthers' front seven is legit.
5:16 p.m. ET - The Cowboys can't get anything going on offense. Just when it seems like they might, Tony Romo throws an interception in the end zone to Patrick Willis.
5:04 p.m. ET - Derek Anderson and Greg Olsen hook up for a short touchdown. Olsen could lead the Panthers in receiving this season.
5:00 p.m. ET - Dez Bryant takes a vicious hit in the back. He looks OK on the sideline, but it's difficult to believe he isn't in pain.
4:49 p.m. ET - Colin Kaepernick and Vernon Davis hook up on a 29-yard touchdown. This Cowboys defense could be a major fantasy factor this season - for all the wrong reasons.
4:45 p.m. ET - DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart have split touches (three each) out of the Panthers' backfield so far. Both could be busy today with Cam Newton on the sideline.
4:33 p.m. ET - Among the disappoints from the 1 p.m. ET games are Jamaal Charles (3.40 fantasy points in standard leagues), Torrey Smith (5.00 points), Robert Griffin III (8.88 points) and Jordan Reed (0.40 points, left injured).
4:29 p.m. ET - Matt Ryan is the top quarterback in the 1 p.m. ET games, finishing with 25.70 fantasy points in standard leagues. Le'Veon Bell is the top running back, finishing with 25.70 points. Allen Hurns is the top receiver with 23.00 points (and A.J. Green is the top receiver people actually started, scoring 19.60 points). Zach Ertz is the top tight end with 13.70 points.
4:27 p.m. ET - The late afternoon games are under way. Try to catch your breath after some thrilling finishes to the 1 p.m. ET games.
4:15 p.m. ET - Knowshon Moreno is the clear leader of the Dolphins' rushing attack. He finishes with 134 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries.
4:05 p.m. ET - Nick Foles overcomes a slow start to finish with solid fantasy numbers. After a long touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin, Foles is over 300 yards with two touchdowns.
4:01 p.m. ET - Incredibly, A.J. Green follows up Steve Smith's long touchdown with a 77-yard score of his own.
3:57 p.m. ET - After struggling all afternoon, the Ravens offense just exploded for an 80-yard touchdown hookup between Joe Flacco and Steve Smith.
3:51 p.m. ET - No Ben Tate, no problem for the Browns. Rookies Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell are dominating the Steelers defense. West is now over 100 yards on the ground and Crowell has two touchdowns.
3:44 p.m. ET - There's no timeshare in Pittsburgh; Le'Veon Bell is the clear workhorse. Bell has 19 carries to LeGarrette Blount's three midway through the fourth quarter. Both have scored a touchdown.
3:33 p.m. ET - RG3 doesn't look like the same guy he was as a rookie. He's still an accurate passer, but he has offered essentially no value as a rusher today. The "magic" is missing. A dominant Texans defense could have something to do with it.
3:30 p.m. ET - Both LeSean McCoy and Jamaal Charles, the top picks in most drafts this summer, are off to slow starts. Neither has topped 100 total yards and neither has a touchdown.
3:29 p.m. ET - Chris Ivory breaks off a 71-yard touchdown run. Who would have predicted it would be Ivory, and not teammate Chris Johnson, who did that?
3:28 p.m. ET - Mark Ingram is the clear leader of the Saints' rushing attack so far. He has 10 carries for 46 yards and a touchdown. Pierre Thomas and Khiry Robinson each have five carries. Thomas also has five receptions.
3:25 p.m. ET - Talk of Jeremy Hill killing Gio Bernard's value may have been overblown. Bernard has 11 carries to Hill's four. Bernard also leads the Bengals with five catches.
3:21 p.m. ET - Both Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Marshall have limped off the field at various times today but are battling through their ailments.
3:18 p.m. ET - Bernard Pierce failed to grab the Ravens' starting job with Ray Rice suspended. Pierce hasn't been used in the second half after struggling out of the gate and losing a fumble.
3:13 p.m. ET - After splitting carries early, Knowshon Moreno has emerged as the lead back in the Dolphins' rushing attack. He has 15 carries for 92 yards to Lamar Miller's five for 23.
3:12 p.m. ET - Michael Crabtree is officially active.
3:11 p.m. ET - Cordarrelle Patterson rips off a 67-yard rushing touchdown. He could be this season's biggest breakout.
3:02 p.m. ET - Isaiah Crowell scores his second touchdown of the afternoon. He's playing in relief of an injured Ben Tate.
2:58 p.m. ET - Cam Newton (ribs) is officially inactive. Get him out of your lineup. Josh McCown is a solid replacement option.
2:48 p.m. ET - Jordan Reed announced as out with a hamstring injury.
2:45 p.m. ET - Shaun Hill is out and Austin Davis in at quarterback for the Rams. It could be a long year for fantasy owners with a share of the Rams offense.
2:35 p.m. ET - Ben Tate is hurt. Yes, already. He's doubtful to return.
2:33 p.m. ET - 2013 fantasy MVP Jamal Charles had a very disappointing first half. Seven touches, 33 total yards.
2:25 p.m. ET - Saints rookie receiver Brandin Cooks is a major part of the team's offense so far. He leads the team in receiving and has a touchdown, too.
2:23 p.m. ET - Bengals kicker Mike Nugent is good on his fifth field goal of the first half. Five field goals!
2:15 p.m. ET - Knowshon Moreno has eight carries for 43 yards for the Dolphins. Lamar Miller has five for 23. But Miller has two catches, including one for a touchdown. It's a timeshare for now.
2:03 p.m ET - Touchdowns coming in rapid succession now. Darrel Young, C.J. Spiller, Delanie Walker, Roddy White, LeVeon Bell all cross the stripe.
2:00 p.m. ET - No touches for Titans rookie Bishop Sankey so far. Shonn Greene has five carries, Dexter McCluster has three.
1:58 p.m. ET - Gronk is back! He scores on a six-yarder and then performs his trademark spike.
1:57 p.m. ET - Antonio Brown nearing 100 yards, touchdown early in the second quarter.
1:45 p.m. ET - Toby Gerhart limps off after a horse-collar tackle.
1:44 p.m. ET - Jets line up Michael Vick at wide receiver, but Geno Smith fumbles the ball away.
1:23 p.m. ET - Rookie Allen Hurns adds to the Jaguars' lead with his second touchdown catch of the game. That's two career catches and two touchdowns for the preseason star.
1:22 p.m. ET - Nick Foles loses his second fumble of the first quarter.
1:21 p.m. ET - Shane Vereen scores a short touchdown after the Patriots give him several consecutive carries deep in the red zone. Not many analysts expected him to be the team's goal-line back.
1:16 p.m. ET - Rookie Brandin Cooks was very involved on the Saints' first scoring drive. Three catches for 48 yards.
1:10 p.m. ET - Lamar Miller scores the first Sunday touchdown of the 2014 fantasy football season. (And the real-life football season, too.)
12:49 p.m. ET - Michael Crabtree will reportedly be a game-time decision. He plays in the late afternoon game. Adjust your roster accordingly.
12:42 - p.m. ET - EJ Manuel and Ryan Fitzpatrick are both reportedly on a short leash. Look for their teams to lean on their running backs.
12:23 a.m. ET - The latest on Cam Newton is that he won't play. Either get him out of your lineup or find another option who plays late Sunday or Monday.
12:18 p.m. ET - Andre Ellington is not expected to play on Monday night. Owners are advised to get him out of their lineups.
12:05 a.m. ET - Aaron Dobson is inactive. He isn't known to be hurt, so he could be a healthy scratch.
11:52 a.m. ET - Jordan Reed (thumb) is active.
11:44 a.m. ET - Rob Gronkowski (knee) is officially active. Get Gronk in your lineup. He'll be on a snap count, but he'll get high-value touches.
11:41 a.m. ET - Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera is reportedly considering holding Cam Newton (ribs) out of his team's Week 1 game. Since the Panthers play at 4:25 p.m. ET, owners will have limited options for a replacement.
