Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Marcedes Lewis has been diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain, as confirmed by head coach Gus Bradley after the team's 41-10 loss to the Washington Redskins on Sunday.
Lewis recorded two receptions for 71 yards, including a 63-yard touchdown, prior to exiting.
This kind of injury has a tendency to linger, so the nine-year pro's status for Week 3's game against the Indianapolis Colts remains up in the air.
