Both players will start for the Bears despite it appearing that the team would be without one, or both players for Sunday night's showdown with the San Francisco 49ers.
Marshall has been dealing with an ankle injury that hobbled him in the team's opener against the Buffalo Bills, while Jeffery missed time in that opener because of a hamstring ailment.
