Browns confirm redesigned helmets will have no logos
David Richard / US PRESSWIRE
The Cleveland Browns have worn orange helmets without side logos since 1952 and they aren't interested in changing that.
The team confirmed Tuesday that new uniforms it's slated to unveil next year will feature logo-less helmets.
This should ease concerns among members of the team's fan base that Nike will introduce a radical overhaul of the Browns' identity. While it's still possible the Browns will get "Buccaneer-ified," it sounds like Cleveland won't stray too far from its classic aesthetic.
