Report: Colts' Freeman to miss 2nd straight game
Ron Chenoy / USA TODAY Sports
The Indianapolis Colts will be without injured linebacker Jerrell Freeman for a second consecutive game Sunday, ESPN reports.
Freeman is dealing with a hamstring injury suffered in the Colts' season-opening loss.
Josh McNary got the start for Freeman in Week 2 and the second-year player is expected to get another run with the first-team defense on Sunday. That's not exactly great news for the team, as McNary struggled badly in coverage:
Boy did the Colts miss Jerrell Freeman on Monday. Eagles feasted on Josh McNary: 9-for-9, 176 yds when targeting his coverage.
