Report: HGH testing in NFL could be implemented by October

The NFL and NFLPA have reached an agreement on Human Growth Hormone (HGH) testing, a change that could be put in place as early as October according to a report from Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio.
HGH testing has been a contentious issue for both parties, and the fact that it's now on the table is a major accomplishment after much debate.
Per Florio, the test would be random, and drawing blood from players could begin by early September.
