Report: NFL agrees to neutral arbitrator for Ray Rice appeal

The NFL has agreed to use a neutral arbitrator for former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice's indefinite suspension appeal, per Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports.
Rice asked for the neutral arbitrator through the NFLPA.
The hearing will take place once the investigation into the league's handling of Rice's case is complete.
