Report: Titans' Craig Stevens underwent surgery, out for season

Tennessee Titans tight end Craig Stevens recently underwent surgery and is expected to miss the remainder of the season, Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports.
According to Wyatt, Stevens recently suffered a tendon injury.
Largely used as a blocking tight end, Stevens' role on the Titans offense may be filled by Taylor Thompson. Delanie Walker will likely continue to be used as a down-field receiver.
