Every Monday and Friday, theScore's NFL editors will bring you a roundup of everything you need to know from around the division with the AFC East Notebook.

Miami Dolphins

Praising the defense. CBS Sports' Pete Prisco says the numbers don't necessarily show it, but the Dolphins may have the best defense in the NFL.

London game criticized. Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald has some harsh words of criticism for the NFL's decision to send the Dolphins to London in consecutive years, especially because the team's 2015 trip is a home game against a divisional rival.

Philbin takes time to grieve. Head coach Joe Philbin returned to the Dolphins on Thursday after a two-day absence to grieve the death of his father. Philbin also missed two days of game preparation last week for the same reason but was on the sideline for the Dolphins' 37-0 dismantling of the San Diego Chargers.

Buffalo Bills

Pegula not planning major changes. New Bills owners Terry and Kim Pegula did an interview with The Buffalo News this week where they reassured fans that they have no immediate plans to shake up the team. The Pegulas promised to slowly and carefully begin planning a new stadium for the Bills.

Toronto series to end? In the same interview, the Pegulas revealed their intention to end the Bills-In-Toronto series that's been something of a flop since it began in 2008.

Bills headed overseas. The NFL announced Thursday that the Bills are headed to England to square off against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium in London on Oct. 25, 2015 (Week 7). It will be a home game for the Jaguars, so the Bills will play a full slate of games at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

New England Patriots

Revis impressed by rookie. Darrelle Revis is impressed by what he's seen from undrafted rookie cornerback Malcolm Butler. Revis praised Butler's ability to rapidly soak up information and make plays on the field.

Kraft calls Chiefs loss worst in 15 years. Patriots owner Robert Kraft says he still isn't over his team's 41-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4, describing at as the worst beating in the Bill Belichick era.

Brady to make cameo in movie. Tom Brady was recently photographed alongside Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane on the set of the upcoming movie "Ted 2" where he will make a brief appearance as himself.

New York Jets

Ryan responds to "Fire John Idzik" banner with aircraft of his own. Annoyed by a plane that flew over the Jets' practice facility trailing a banner calling for general manager John Idzik to be fired, head coach Rex Ryan arranged for a remote-controlled toy helicopter to fly over the team with the message "Go Jets."

The case for firing Ryan. Jason Fitzgerald of OverTheCap.com breaks down the numbers and makes a very strong case for why the Jets should move on from Rex Ryan, regardless of how the team performs over the final seven games.

Harvin's heel sounds worse than it is. Percy Harvin had his right heel stepped on a practice this week, opening a cut that he said "took it right down to the white meat." The good news is that it was cleaned and wrapped and he isn't expected to miss any time.
