Broncos' Emmanuel Sanders out vs. Rams with concussion

Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders will not return to Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams after being diagnosed with a concussion.
Sanders left the game in the second quarter after taking a big hit from Rams safety Rodney McLeod.
The Broncos will also be without tight end Julius Thomas (ankle) for the remainder of the game.
