Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald headed to the locker room late in the first half of Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions and was accompanied by a trainer.
The team has announced that Fitzgerald is probable to return for the second half with a knee injury.
Fitzgerald caught one of three targets for 22 yards in the first half.
