Report: Bills 'highly optimistic' they'll host Browns in Buffalo on Nov. 30

The Buffalo Bills are "highly optimistic" they'll be able to play their Week 13 home game against the Cleveland Browns at Ralph Wilson Stadium, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Bills will play a neutral-site game in Detroit on Monday against the New York Jets because Buffalo is buried under an estimated five feet of snow.
Workers are reportedly making substantial progress in clearing the snow, but flooding is now a concern for Buffalo as temperatures rise this week.
But as of right now, it looks like the Bills will only lose one home game due to the storm.
