Report: Lions to place Fauria on IR

The Detroit Lions are reportedly set to place tight end Joseph Fauria on season-ending inured reserve with an ankle injury. 

Fauria, who missed six games earlier in the season with ankle issues, re-aggravated the injury during the Lions' Week 14 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In six games this season, he had six receptions for 74 yards and a touchdown.
