49ers' Kassim Osgood likely headed for IR with broken bone in his hand

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver and special teams ace Kassim Osgood will likely be shut down for the remainder of the season after breaking a bone in his hand, head coach Jim Harbaugh told the media Monday afternoon.
Osgood is a 12-year veteran out of San Diego State, and is in his second season with the 49ers. He played in 13 games this season.
