Saints' Jimmy Graham plans to dunk during Pro Bowl
NFL rules prohibited Jimmy Graham from dunking footballs over goal posts during the season, but if given the opportunity during Sunday's Pro Bowl, the New Orleans Saints tight end plans to bring back the dunk.
"One hundred percent," Graham said Thursday, according to NFL Media's Kevin Patra. "Hopefully, they get me the ball. I'm for sure (going to dunk). Hopefully I won't get fined this time. Last time that fine was a little bit steep, especially for a preseason game."
Graham was flagged twice for dunking during the Saints' preseason game against the Tennessee Titans and later fined $30,000 by the NFL. He's unsure whether the league will fine him for dunking during the Pro Bowl, but said he plans to do it anyway.
"I really don't care," Graham said. "I mean, it's the Pro Bowl, it's supposed to be fun. So hopefully they don't take my check away afterwards."
