Bruce Arians wins Coach of the Year
Ed Szczepanski / USA TODAY Sports
The Arizona Cardinals had a remarkable season despite facing considerable adversity, and their efforts have earned Bruce Arians Coach of the Year honors.
Arians bested Jason Garrett and Bill O'Brien, who were runners up.
Arizona dealt with myriad injuries to key players in 2014, including the loss of two quarterbacks.
Arians, though, kept things under control and had the Cards playing excellent football, guiding them to 11 wins and a playoff berth.
Arizona navigated the difficult NFC West with little trouble and it will be interesting to see what they can accomplish in 2015 with a healthier group.
