Analysis:
West saw opportunity knock in his rookie campaign after the mid-season trade of Ben Tate, but was outperformed by undrafted free agent Isaiah Crowell. He plans to step up his offseason workout game, however, and intends to frequently engage in both weight training and cardio exercises, specifically boxing. West's goal is to improve the speed at which he hits the holes, as well as become tougher to bring down in the open field. If he can accomplish that, the 24-year-old back can only go up in 2014, though his fantasy outlook is ultimately damaged by the prospective timeshare situation.
