The New York Giants have restructured the contract of defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins, reports Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News.
Jenkins was due $2.2 million next season as part of the three-year contract he signed with the Giants in March 2013. His new deal will pay him $1 million in 2015 and will reportedly save the team $825,000 in cap space.
Jenkins had 16 tackles and one sack in 12 games last season.
