Baltimore Ravens linebacker Pernell McPhee could be in line for a big payday this offseason.
McPhee is expected to command an annual salary between $8 million and $10 million on the open market, and with the Ravens' tight cap situation, it's unlikely they'll be able to afford to keep him, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports.
The 2011 fifth-round pick has started just six games in his first four NFL seasons, but emerged as an effective pass rusher in 2014, recording 64 quarterback pressures and 24 quarterback hits while lining up at multiple positions.
Wilson lists the Oakland Raiders, Atlanta Falcons, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts as potential landing spots for McPhee.
