VIDEO: Eagles' Emmanuel Acho surprises prom date

A Philadelphia Eagles fan got the surprise of a lifetime recently when linebacker Emmanuel Acho showed up at her high school.
High school student Hannah Delmonte sent a direct message to Acho on Instagram in January asking if he'd be her prom date. Acho agreed, but on one condition: she would need to get 10,000 retweets of their conversation.

Delmonte had no problem surpassing the lofty goal, and on Friday, Acho made the trip to Woodgrove High School in Purceville, Va. to surprise her with a customized Eagles jersey:
As if that wasn't special enough, Acho also plans to play the piano and sing a song to Delmonte.
